Family photos are my absolute favorite kind of organized chaos. They can sometimes feel a little crazy, but they always turn out! I love planning family shoots in one location with a lot of different background options and places for the kids to safely explore and stay entertained. The Ridgways and I headed out to this little hillside trail – one of my favorite spots on St. Croix – to catch the sunset and capture this season of life for their family. Bailey and Ethan came down to St. Croix to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. I picked them up at The Buccaneer and then we drove out to the East End to shoot. Bailey said they wanted to hop in the water at the end of the shoot (my favorite!) and I had the perfect calm spot in mind. Check out the sunset honeymoon session below!
